Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Please note: shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or peak seasons.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on select items or orders.
📦 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Mad Jan’s Menagerie is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping addresses

If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
